Banco do Brasil is the largest bank in Latin America, with +200 Billion Dollars in assets. The bank has focused its efforts on developing transactional internet banking services and mobile apps, but has not updated its website for seven years.

A large portion of its 6 million monthly unique visitors couldn't find information about its products and services. This was causing a high customer service number. As a UX and Strategy team we were asked to solve this problem.

The bank created a multidisciplinary team, with people from marketing, Customer Experience and technology. Through discovery sessions and workshops, we discuss the strategy and scope of the project. I acted as Product Designer for this team in order to establish a clear and viable UI and UX.

One of the goals was to make the new site accessible and available for all devices. The great challenge and opportunity was to understand and rewrite all the content (+30,000 pages).
